Wiggins fast fueling
The Wiggins ZZ9A1 is a widely used automatic-shutoff diesel nozzle. Manufacturer information identifies a nominal flow of 570 liters per minute, while higher-flow Wiggins configurations are available for applications requiring approximately 800 to 1,200 liters per minute.
Fast Fill Systems
Fast Fill Systems offers Classic, SureLoc, Piston SureLoc, Pitboss and Titan nozzle families along with standard and non-pressure receivers. Published specifications for its standard 1-1/2-inch nozzle platform include flow rates up to 567 liters per minute and maximum operating pressure of 125 psi. Always confirm the exact nozzle, receiver and shutoff configuration before ordering.
FloMAX fluid management
FloMAX designs all-metal fast-fill nozzles, receivers, non-pressure systems and fluid-specific connectors. The FN800 platform uses a modular back-pressure sensor, is field serviceable and is rated above 211 gallons per minute with the specified 2-inch inlet. FloMAX also offers high-volume 2-inch and 3-inch systems plus color-coded connectors for engine oil, hydraulic oil, coolant and transmission fluid.

- Flow and pressure: Match the nozzle, receiver, hose, vent and tank system as a complete assembly.
- Connection: Verify thread size, receiver geometry, shutoff pressure and whether the system is pressure or non-pressure.
